La Ranger de RED es un sistema integrado de cámara de gran formato 8K que ofrece un sistema todo en uno para uso en producciones de alto nivel. Te da todos los beneficios del sensor Monstro VV 8K en una plataforma compacta y menos compleja para filmmakers. The complete kit includes: superior production handle; PL mount with support wedges; two 15 mm LWS rod holders; RED Pro Touch 7.0 “LCD monitor with 9” ARM and LCD / EVF cable; LCD / EVF A adapter and LCD / EVF D adapter; 24V AC adapter with 24V 3-pin XLR power cable and 14V 4-pin XLR power cable and compatible Hex and Torx tools.

Ranger supports wide input voltage (11.5v to 32v) and independent SDI and AUX outputs, as well as integrated XLR inputs. The camera also has a larger fan for quieter and more efficient temperature management. The system is available in two configurations, for V Lock or Gold mount batteries.

With dimensions of 40.96 mm x 21.60 mm (Diag. 46.31 mm), the RANGER is designed to cover Full Frame lenses and at 8K resolution. Full-frame film capture comes to control depth of field with 17 dynamic range stops according to RED that produce greater highlighting retention, lower noise and fine shadow details, even in low-light environments. Operators can also make an agile transition from 8K Full Frame to 6K Super 35 simply by changing their resolution.
